Ceelo Green is engaged to his girlfriend, Shani James, his rep confirms to Us Weekly.

The 41 year old singer and girlfriend Shani, 38 years, have been engaged for awhile but kept it quiet. According to an eyewitness, the lovebirds had a late lunch on tuesday and she was wearing a visibly massive rock on her ring finger.
