Some parents swear on their children, friends curse out each
other, lovers rain abuses on one another.
What if those curses really happen?
What if it happens immediately we insult people, children,
friends, neighbors, enemies?
What if you tell a fellow human being like yourself that
she/he is mad and instantly it happens?
‘Stupid fool and the person start to misbehave…
‘Thunder will fire you and thunder strikes the person…
‘Ogun will kill you and it really happens…
‘Bastard! The person loses his father immediately…
‘Go and die and the person gives up the ghost…
‘Goat! The person turns to the animal…
‘You are crazy and the person becomes mad…
‘It will not be well with you and things become terrible for
that person to progress…
‘Get lost! The person wanders about, get missing and you are
unable to see the person again…
How will you feel?
There is power in the tongue. Those insults might not happen
but we should learn to control what we say. No one is perfect.
Ephesians 4:29 says, “Let no corrupting talk come out from
your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion,
that it may give grace to those who hear.”
Matthew 12:37 says, “For by your words you will be
justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”
Proverbs 13:3 says, "Whoever guards his mouth preserves
his life; he who opens wide his lips comes to ruin.”
We should bless with our mouths rather than lay a curse.
This goes out to everyone especially to parents. Learn to control what you say.
You can scold your kid but do not place a curse on him/her. The devil is
looking for ways to destroy people, families, and children.
Romans 12:14 says, “Bless those who persecute you; bless and
do not curse them.”
Proverbs 4:24 says, “Put away from you crooked speech, and
put devious talk far from you.”
I hope this post made sense to you. Choose to say positive
things and disregard negativity.
God bless!
God bless u dear for sharing this.
ReplyDeleteshocking! How a prophetess snatched her friend's fiance.
I hardly use vulgar language on people, I am just not use to it. It makes me feel somehow when people use it in their convo.

People like you do worse with the tongue...
DeleteThanks for this piece CKJ.
ReplyDeleteSome of us are very careless with the things that come out of our mouths. Caution needs to be applied at all times. We should use our mouth for things that worth it, not cursing and gossiping.
